Dear customers, we are excited to share great news from our Třebíč retail park, where we have recently opened three new stores featuring well-known brands. We believe these additions will enhance your shopping experience and significantly expand the available selection.

At the end of November, we welcomed the modern drugstore Rossmann and the sportswear store Sport Vision. In early December, these new offerings were joined by the world-famous fast-food chain McDonald’s.

Saturday 9 March was a special day for two of our retail parks STOP SHOP, where brand new attractive stores opened. In Příbram, instead of the original JYSK furniture branch, you will now find the Action store, which offers a wide range of everyday products at attractive prices. In Horní Měcholupy, the staff of the clothing brand Gate are looking forward to your visit. Come and choose the right one and refresh your spring wardrobe!

Across our Stop Shop locations we have welcomed new tenants over the past few months who have enriched the product selection and enhanced the tenant mix of our retail parks. At Stop Shop Litvínov, you can now enjoy the new Rossmann drugstore, offering a wide range of decorative cosmetics along with a curated selection of products from laundry detergents to high-quality baby care items. In Příbram, you can now shop for all your household needs at the ORION store.

At Stop Shops in Rakovník and Horní Měcholupy, you can look forward to the popular concept ACTION , with new stores set to open in the coming days.

The new rooftop photovoltaic power plant at the STOP SHOP Horní Měcholupy retail park is nearing completion! A total of 740 panels with a capacity of 550 Wp each have been installed, delivering a total installed capacity of 407 kWp. The panels are oriented southward at a 15° angle, allowing for optimal use of solar energy with an expected annual output of around 410 MWh.

To maximize efficiency, we are using seven 50 kW inverters along with special Tigo optimizers, which ensure effective power regulation even when some panels are partially shaded.

We rejoice at another success in our portfolio! The retail park STOP SHOP  in Prague's Horní Měcholupy, which was built in 2018, can now boast the prestigious BREEAM In-Use certificate with a rating of "VERY GOOD".

The BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certificate is a globally recognised standard for assessing the environmental performance of buildings. A "VERY GOOD" rating means that our building meets high standards in areas such as energy efficiency, waste management, water use, health and comfort of building occupants and more.

This achievement is proof that we are on the right track in our efforts to meet our sustainability and environmental goals. We are proud that our buildings bring comfort and convenience to their visitors and tenants, but also respect the environment and contribute to reducing our carbon footprint.

We would like to thank all the partners who have contributed to the construction of the building, as well as the team that ensures the daily operation of STOP SHOP Horní Měcholupy.
