About STOP SHOP Kętrzyn
The STOP SHOP Ketrzyn was opened in August 2014 in the city of Ketrzyn in north-east Poland with its 30,000 inhabitants. It is located in the middle of the Mazurian Lake District, which is probably the most desired holiday direction in Poland. A vicinity of the Russian border (Kaliningrad District) provides a promising enhancement of the capture area. The rentable area amounts to 5.300 m² and there are over 70 parking places available.
The STOP SHOP is located very close to the city centre and simultaneously, thanks to the location at the local communication knot, is conveniently accessible from any town in the area. The location is already a settled retail area: there is a TESCO hypermaket in the direct vicinity, linked via connected parking places. Further along the road there is a retail centre of Inter- and Brico-Marche, which both are complementing and not competing with STOP SHOP tenants.
The tenant mix of STOP SHOP brings wide spectrum of retail branches, from fashion and sport to media shop and interior design with furniture.
